How do I return?

2) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

3) You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

Full priced items only. Free gifts, promotional and sale items are non-returnable unless they are incorrect, damaged or faulty

Items which are unopened and in their original packaging and condition. We cannot refund any opened items unless they are damaged or faulty

You can return your item/s within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, with the exception of goods damaged in transit, which must be reported within 72 hours of receipt


Are there any charges for return?

For incorrect, damaged or faulty items, there is no charge for your return

For unwanted items and items no longer required, there is a returns fee of £3.90, which will be deducted from your refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly send you an email to notify you that we have received your return, and of the approval or rejection of your refund

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account
