Covid Update

Please note the following changes:

  • Domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed and Tracked 48 services. Royal Mail has advised that their guaranteed delivery for special delivery will change to by 4 PM the next working day, and no signature is required upon delivery

  • International orders may experience delays due to global disruptions in shipping services and strict lockdowns in certain regions. Since the UK left the EU on 1st January, all international orders are now subject to customs clearance and fees, which for some EU countries may increase transit time by up to 21 days

Our London store is open for in-store shopping from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. During this time, store collection is possible for local customers. Simply select the 'pickup' option at checkout, and remember to bring your order number or confirmation email with you when you come to collect. If you would like curbside pickup, call our customer care line and one of our team will come outside to bring you your order.
