COVID-19 Update

Our London store is closed while London is in tier 4. During this time, we will continue to offer store collection. Pickup is available from our Portobello Road shop from 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Simply select the 'pickup' option at checkout, and remember to bring your order number or confirmation email along with you when you come to collect. If you would like curbside pickup, simply call our customer care line on +44 (0) 20 8354 9179, and one of our team will come outside to bring you your order.

Due to COVID-19, please note the following changes to our service:

  • UPDATE 04.01.20: Royal Mail are accepting international shipments again. There may still be delays, and dependant on delivery country, some upwards of a week. Please refer to the following bulletin for specific country advice: Click here to read Royal Mail's International Incident Bulletin

  • International orders placed between 16th November and 3rd January have been subject to severe delays. This includes orders going to both EU and non-EU countries.

  • Domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 PM. Royal Mail has advised that their guaranteed delivery for this service will change to by 4 PM the next working day, and no signature is required upon delivery
